Delivery & Return
Incorrect or Defective Items Received
At JS Pewter, we are committed to ensuring that every item reaches you in perfect condition. If you receive a defective item or an item different from what you ordered, we are happy to arrange an exchange.
Kindly notify us via WhatsApp or Email (sales@jspewter.com.my) within 14 days from the date of delivery. Please include clear photos or videos of the item received, along with a brief explanation of the issue, so our team can assist you promptly.
Return & Resolution Process
Once we receive your request, our team will assess the reported issue and advise on the appropriate action. If the product needs to be returned for inspection, the return shipping cost shall initially be borne by the customer.
If the defect is confirmed to be caused by a manufacturing issue, JS Pewter reserves the right to:
- Repair the item
- Replace it with a new one
- Refund the order amount
If the issue is verified to be on our part, we will fully reimburse the return shipping fee and process the appropriate replacement or refund accordingly.
